These days, the term “crib” has expanded into slang meaning “my home, the place that I reside.” Of course, a baby crib is still basically the same as it has always been. There are still those baby cribs that look a bit like cages at the zoo, a cage to put your baby in. But there are also really beautiful cribs that can really make a nursery delightful. There are round baby cribs and cribs that are made to fit into corners. More important than the shape of your baby crib is how safe it is, though. Any new crib has passed safety standards. If you are buying a used crib, you may want to check and make sure it was never recalled, just in case.
